In our residence, you will find 12 spacious apartments/suites (see information on the suites) furnished in style and with every comfort in Reischach. Provided: elegant bedrooms with living area, fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms with shower/WC and bidet, hair dryer, safe, flat screen TV, WiFi, balcony/terrace. Our wellness area includes a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, individual hot tub, solarium, and fitness equipment.

- For short stays of 3-4 nights, we will apply a 10% surcharge per apartment/night.

- Reduced entrance to the outdoor pool in Bruneck (only during the summer months)

Good to know
Check-in/check-out:
- The apartments/suites are at your disposal from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
- We are pleased to accept special room category request for apartments/suites. We are however unable to confirm certain room numbers or floor levels.
- "Late Check-out" extra charge: € 35.00 only on request and depending on availability.
- To be able to welcome you personally, we ask you to inform us the exact time of arrival.
Tourist tax
- The prices indicated do not include the TOURIST TAX of 3.00 € per person (for guests aged 14 and older) per night, which must be paid on site.
Booking:
- Your reservation becomes binding with the payment of a 30% deposit. Bookings are only confirmed by written notice after receiving your confirmation deposit with the booking details.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancelling a vacation is always unpleasant - for you, but also for us.
- To guarantee the reservation, we kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
- There is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we allow the following conditions in case of cancellation:
- For short-term cancellations, late arrival, and early/late departure we will charge you for the days booked and confirmed in writing at 80% of the daily price.
- Any deposit already paid will be counted but not returned! We recommend taking out private insurance against trip cancellation.
Payment:
- In Italy, cash payments are permitted up to a maximum of € 2,999.99. You can pay your bill with EC card or credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or a bank transfer before your arrival.
